On the Curiosity Cloud platform we must consider the following when creating the Linux VM:
This recommendation applies to the following operating systems:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4 or Higher
- Ubuntu 22.04 or Higher
- CentOS 9 Stream or Higher
1.- For these Operating systems, the vCPU model must be established, for them we will edit the VM and in the Compute section we will show the advanced options and look for the vCPU section.
2.- We will set the vCPU Model to Haswell-noTSX.
3.- We will modify the type of Virtual Graphics Card emulation in the Other Hardware section
Here we will select the QXL GPU Option.
4.- We save changes and restart and/or create the VM, whatever the case may be.
